How does applauding homosexual acts fit in with
paragraph 1867 of the modern Catechism of the Catholic Church?
[1867 The catechetical tradition also recalls that there are "sins that cry to heaven": the blood of Abel,139 the sin of the Sodomites,140 the cry of the people oppressed in Egypt,141 the cry of the foreigner, the widow, and the orphan,142 injustice to the wage earner.143 ]
I don't see how 'coming out' is anything but embracing the sin of the Sodomites AND expecting the rest of society to affirm you in it. It certainly seems to me that you are saying that repenting of sins--like anal sex-- is not needed. If that, your Eminence, is not what is intended, then what did you mean?
